The training will cover:

- An introduction to the South London Listens Programme
- The mental health continuum and supporting wellbeing - your own and that of your community
- Understanding stress

- Compassionate listening practice
- Building signposting and safeguarding practice
- Planning your Be Well practice
- Accessing on-going support and learning

Online - Be Well Community of practice
Team huddles aim to enhance team communication, collaboration and support. Building on trauma informed practice they can be of particular value when difficult issues are disclosed by people attending your Be Well space . The course will enable participants:
- To understand how huddles work and the value they can bring
- How to structure and facilitate them.
- How to adapt the approach for your setting and over-come any barriers.
- Create an action plan to embed them in your setting
