Urgent help in a crisis
A mental health crisis can mean different things to different people. It can include:
thinking about suicide or acting on suicidal thoughts
severely self-harm
experiencing psychosis, where you are out of touch with reality
being in a situation that could put you or other people at risk

If you need urgent help but it’s not an emergency, call 111 (press 2 for mental health advice and support)

Lambeth Single Point of Access
If you live in Lambeth, you can get help through the Single Point of Access (SPA):
Call 0800 090 2456 (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), or
Ask your GP to make a referral, or
Ask a friend or family member to contact the SPA for you;
Fill in the SPA referral form on Lambeth Together and email it to LambethSPAReferrals@slam.nhs.uk
