CDARS - Crisis support
Community Drug & Alcohol Recovery Services (CDARS) is a Merton-based mental health crisis service also open to Kingston residents aged 18+. You can refer yourself or be referred by a professional. They offer phone support, in-person counselling, a drop‑in café, assessments and referrals to other services. Open 6–11am Mon–Fri and 12–1pm on weekends.

Open to people using South West London and St George’s services, their friends, family, carers and Trust staff.
