Urgent help in a crisis

  • thinking about suicide or acting on suicidal thoughts

  • severely self-harm

  • experiencing psychosis, where you are out of touch with reality

  • being in a situation that could put you or other people at risk

If you are struggling or feel close to crisis, your local Recovery Café can help.

It is a free walk-in, out-of-hours service where you can talk to people who understand and support you.

Free courses and workshops to support mental health recovery.
