Improving engagement
Families told us they often felt left out of decisions about services. We are working with local communities and CAMHS teams to improve communication, build trust and make sure families are involved at every stage.
Community-led meetings
With support from Citizens UK, families have met CAMHS leaders in boroughs across south London. These meetings give parents and young people a voice, and help services hear directly from the communities they serve.
