Our impact

We continue to measure the impact of South London Listens against our key strategic aims.

Using a 'theory of change', South London Listens is working with our evaluation partners, academic advisors and community leaders to implement a rigorous approach to evaluation.

We have established a partnership with the Centre for Society and Mental Health to support our long-term evaluation strategy. We will continue to work with community leaders to shape success measures and embed participatory methods to collect evidence in our projects.

Reflection and learning are built in to the programme so our work continuously improves and supports the expansion of projects locally. In November 2022, we began evaluation workshops to capture our learning, share best practices and refine our theory of change.

Progress is regularly monitored by the community through our Taskforce and our academic advisory board. We held an Accountability Assembly in November 2023.

We will publish a full evaluation and impact report at the end of our two-year action plan in December 2023.
